Undertaking for Payment of Enhanced Ground Rent and Conversion to Freehold
A declaration by the executant affirming responsibility to pay the enhanced ground rent, including any differential amounts as determined by the Lessor, and consenting to the conversion of the leasehold property into freehold under the applicable government scheme. The executant accepts that the Lessor’s decision on the revised ground rent will be final and binding.
